Getting started

  • Getting started with TweakTickFor agencies and freelancers. TweakTick collects your client's feedback pinned on the work itself, then records their approval.
  • Review a YouTube videoFor agencies. Paste a YouTube link and your client comments on moments in the video, without you uploading the file.
  • Client walkthroughFor agencies. Show your client a short tour before they start: up to 5 steps, each with a title, a note and, if you like, a box around the part of the page you mean.
  • Emails to your clientsFor agencies. TweakTick emails your clients when you reply to them and when a new version is ready. You can add other people at the client, and every client can unsubscribe.
  • Several PDFs in one roundFor agencies. Send up to 10 PDF files as one round, for example a brochure, a flyer and a price list. Your client reviews and approves them together.
  • Image zoomFor agencies. Choose how big images and screenshots look when your client opens them.

Your team and account

  • Team roles and ownersFor agencies. Everyone in a workspace is an owner or a member. A workspace always has at least one owner.
  • Keep a project private to some teammatesFor agency owners. TweakTick has no "private" switch on a project. Use a folder and folder access instead: only the people you give that folder can see the project.
  • Delete or archive a projectFor agencies. Archive a project you're done with. Delete it only when you want it gone for good. Only owners can delete.
  • Sign in with an emailed codeFor agencies. TweakTick has no passwords. You sign in with a 6-digit code we email you, with a passkey, or with Google.
  • PasskeysFor agencies. A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of an emailed code. Your phone, computer or password manager keeps it. TweakTick stores only the passkey's pu
  • Two-factor sign-inFor agencies. Two-factor sign-in asks for a code from an authenticator app on your phone each time you sign in, after the first step: an emailed code, a passkey or Google. Someone who gets into your e
  • Change your email addressFor agencies. You can change the email you sign in with. Your old address keeps working until you confirm the new one.
  • Board statusesFor agencies. The project board has your own columns. Add statuses such as "Waiting on content" or "Ready to launch", give them a colour and put them in order.

For clients

  • For clients: review in 60 secondsFor clients. Someone sent you a TweakTick review link. You don't need an account or a password.
  • Approving a versionFor clients. When the work is ready, you can approve it from your review link.
  • Comment on text in a PDFFor clients and agencies. On a PDF, you can select the exact words you want to talk about and comment on them, instead of placing a pin.
  • Sticky notes and saved repliesFor clients and agencies. Clients can leave yellow sticky notes on PDF pages and images. Your team can keep replies you send often and add them with one click.
  • Review without the snippet: extension and bookmarkletFor agencies and their clients. Three ways to put the comment tools on a live site:

Website screenshots and email previews

  • When a website screenshot failsFor agencies. For a website project, TweakTick takes screenshots of the page at desktop, tablet and phone sizes. If that fails, the project page shows a card that says why and what to do. Every card e
  • Staging sites and passwordsFor agencies. Many staging sites ask for a username and password in a browser pop-up (this is called "Basic Auth"). TweakTick can log in to take screenshots.
  • Cloudflare and bot wallsFor agencies. Some sites use Cloudflare or another "bot wall" that shows robots a "checking your browser" page. Our screenshot robot can be stopped by it. Here's what to do.
  • Email client previewsFor agencies. On an email review, you can see how the email looks in popular email apps before your client approves it.
  • Technical details for live-site commentsFor agencies. When a client comments on your live website, TweakTick can save the technical details of their visit with the comment. You see what browser they used, what went wrong on the page and wha

Install the snippet

  • Figma pluginFor agencies. Send frames from Figma straight into a TweakTick review, as a new image project or a new version of one.
  • Install on a plain HTML sitePlan needed: none. Any site where you can edit the HTML.
  • Install on FramerPlan needed: a paid site plan. Custom code runs on the published site only (not in the editor preview, not on free framer.app sites without a plan).
  • Install on ShopifyPlan needed: any Shopify plan. It does not work while you are trialling a paid theme (theme code is locked until you buy it).
  • Install on SquarespacePlan needed: Core plan or higher (Personal/Basic plans cannot inject code).
  • Install on WebflowPlan needed: a paid Site plan or a paid Workspace plan. Free webflow.io staging sites cannot run custom code: those projects fall back to screenshot review automatically.
  • Install on WixPlan needed: Premium plan + connected domain + published site. Free wixsite.com sites cannot add custom code. Since December 2025 Wix blocks some snippets, so run the install checker before you send l
  • Install on WordPressPlan needed: self-hosted WordPress: any. WordPress.com: any paid plan (free plans cannot add scripts).
  • Mobile appNot available yet. A TweakTick app for phones is planned, so you can read and answer feedback on the go.

Integrations

  • Airtable integrationFor agencies. Each new client comment becomes a record in an Airtable table. Edits, replies and status changes follow.
  • Asana integrationFor agencies. Each new client comment becomes an Asana task, with its screenshot attached.
  • ClickUp integrationFor agencies. Client comments become ClickUp tasks. Replies and the resolved status come back to TweakTick. This is a two-way sync.
  • Jira integrationFor agencies. Each new client comment becomes a Jira issue, with its screenshot attached.
  • Linear integrationFor agencies. Client comments become Linear issues, and changes in Linear come back to TweakTick. This is a two-way sync.
  • Make integrationFor agencies. Start a Make scenario when a client comments, replies or approves, and reply to or resolve comments from your scenarios.
  • monday.com integrationFor agencies. Each new client comment becomes an item on a monday.com board. Replies are added as updates.
  • n8n integrationFor agencies. Start an n8n workflow when a client comments, replies or approves, and reply to or resolve comments from your workflows.
  • Notion integrationFor agencies. Each new client comment becomes a page in a Notion database, with the details, screenshot and replies in the page.
  • Slack integrationFor agencies. Post new client comments, with their screenshot, to a Slack channel. You pick the channel for each project.
  • Todoist integrationFor agencies. Client comments become Todoist tasks. Completing a task resolves the comment in TweakTick. This is a two-way sync.
  • Trello integrationFor agencies. Client comments become Trello cards. Moving a card between your lists resolves or reopens the comment in TweakTick, and card comments come back as replies. This is a two-way sync.
  • WebhooksFor developers. TweakTick can send a signed HTTPS request to your own server when something happens in your workspace.
  • Zapier integrationFor agencies. Start a Zapier Zap when a client comments, replies or approves, and reply to or resolve comments from your Zaps.
  • Zapier, Make and n8n: API key presetFor workspace owners. Zapier, Make and n8n connect to TweakTick with a workspace API key. A ready-made preset gives the key exactly the permissions these apps need, and nothing more.

Plans and billing

  • Billing and refundsFor agencies. Workspace owners manage the plan in Settings → Billing.
  • Founding and AppSumo licencesFor agencies. A lifetime licence is a one-time payment for a TweakTick tier. You can get one in the Founding round on our own site, or later through AppSumo.

Sign-off, privacy and your data

  • The sign-off recordWhen a client approves a version, TweakTick creates a sign-off record: proof of what was approved, by whom and when.
  • PrivacyHow TweakTick handles the information in your reviews. Plain English, short.
  • Export your data and delete your accountFor agencies. You can take a copy of a workspace at any time, and delete your account when you leave.
