Slack integration

For agencies. Post new client comments, with their screenshot, to a Slack channel. You pick the channel for each project.

Connect Slack

  1. Open Settings → Integrations and press Connect next to Slack.
  2. Slack asks you to allow TweakTick in your workspace. Approve it.
  3. Open a project's settings and pick the channel for that project.
  4. Private channel? First type /invite @TweakTick in that channel, so it shows up in the list.
  5. No screenshots in Slack? Slack only shows a picture in a channel the TweakTick app is in. TweakTick joins public channels itself. If you connected Slack before 3 Nov 2026, type /invite @TweakTick in the channel. The reason shows in Settings → Integrations → Sync log as "Screenshot not attached".

What is posted

  • New comments, with the screenshot.
  • Replies, and a note when the comment is resolved or reopened, in that message's thread.

Slack is one-way. Nothing you write in Slack comes back to TweakTick.

What stays private

  • Internal (agency-only) comments are never posted to Slack. Slack only gets what your client could already see.
  • Client emails and review links are never posted.

Older setup: incoming webhook

If you connected Slack before with an incoming-webhook address, it keeps working. It posts the events you ticked (such as a round approved) to that one channel. Press Connect to switch to a channel per project. A project with its own channel gets the comment posts above, not those events.

Turning it off

Open Settings → Integrations and press Disconnect next to Slack. Posting stops at once.
