Todoist integration
For agencies. Client comments become Todoist tasks. Completing a task resolves the comment in TweakTick. This is a two-way sync.
Connect Todoist
- Open Settings → Integrations and press Connect next to Todoist.
- Todoist asks you to allow TweakTick. Approve it.
- Open a project's settings and pick a Todoist project.
- In Settings → Integrations, open People (Todoist ↔ your team) next to Todoist and match your TweakTick teammates to Todoist users, so assignees carry over.

Internal comments and replies
- Internal (agency-only) comments are sent with an "[Internal]" label. If your client can see this Todoist project, switch on Exclude internal comments in the project's settings.
- Comments written in Todoist arrive agency-only, unless you switch on Show replies written in Todoist to the client in the project's settings. To show one to your client, press Share with client on it.
Turning it off
Open Settings → Integrations and press Disconnect next to Todoist.
