Founding and AppSumo licences

For agencies. A lifetime licence is a one-time payment for a TweakTick tier. You can get one in the Founding round on our own site, or later through AppSumo.

Founding licence

1. Open the Founding 100 page, pick a tier and pay.
2. We email you a "create your account" link. It works once and lasts 14 days.
3. Create your account with the same email you paid with. The licence is added to the first workspace you create.

Already have a workspace? Buy from Settings → Billing instead, so the licence goes straight to it.

Lost the email or the link expired? Contact support with the email you paid with.

AppSumo licence

1. Buy on AppSumo, then open TweakTick from your AppSumo account.
2. New to TweakTick: create your account. The licence is added to the first workspace you create.
3. Already have an account: sign in and press the button to add the licence to your current workspace. You need to be the workspace owner.

You'll see it under Settings → Billing.

If something goes wrong

• "This activation link has expired": open TweakTick again from your AppSumo account to get a new link.
• "This licence is already in use": it's linked to another workspace. Sign in with the account that owns that workspace.
• "This licence is not active": AppSumo shows it as refunded or replaced. Use your newest licence.
• When you write to support, include your licence key. AppSumo doesn't share your email with us, so the key is how we find your account.

Changing your AppSumo tier

• Upgrade: the new licence replaces the old one in the same workspace straight away.
• Downgrade: open TweakTick from AppSumo and add the new licence. Until you do, your workspace keeps the old tier's limits. If you don't add it within 14 days, we link it to the same workspace for you.

Refunds

• Founding: see the Refund Policy.
• AppSumo: refunds are handled by AppSumo. After a refund, your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export what you need. Your data isn't deleted. More in Billing and refunds.
