Airtable integration

For agencies. Each new client comment becomes a record in an Airtable table. Edits, replies and status changes follow.

Connect Airtable

1. Open Settings → Integrations and press Connect next to Airtable.
2. Airtable asks which bases TweakTick may use. Pick them and approve.
3. Open a project's settings and pick a base and a table. TweakTick matches the fields it finds (such as a title, status and attachment field).
4. In Settings → Integrations, open People (Airtable ↔ your team) next to Airtable and match your TweakTick teammates to Airtable users, so assignees carry over.

What is sent

• A new comment becomes a record, with the screenshot attached.
• Edits, replies and status changes update that record.

Airtable is one-way: changes made in Airtable don't come back to TweakTick.

Internal comments

• Internal (agency-only) comments are sent with an "[Internal]" label.
• If your client can see this base, switch on Exclude internal comments in the project's settings.

Turning it off

Open Settings → Integrations and press Disconnect next to Airtable.
