Asana integration
For agencies. Each new client comment becomes an Asana task, with its screenshot attached.
Connect Asana
- Open Settings → Integrations and press Connect next to Asana.
- Asana asks you to allow TweakTick. Approve it.
- Open a project's settings and pick the Asana workspace and project (and a section, if you like).
What is sent
- A new comment becomes a task, with the screenshot attached.
- Replies and status changes are added to that task.
Asana is one-way: changes made in Asana don't come back to TweakTick.
Internal comments
- Internal (agency-only) comments are sent with an "[Internal]" label.
- If your client can see this Asana project, switch on Exclude internal comments in the project's settings.
Turning it off
Open Settings → Integrations and press Disconnect next to Asana. Tasks already created stay in Asana.
