Notion integration
For agencies. Each new client comment becomes a page in a Notion database, with the details, screenshot and replies in the page.
Connect Notion
- Open Settings → Integrations and press Connect next to Notion. Sign in to Notion and pick the pages and databases TweakTick may use. This works for any Notion workspace. - Prefer not to sign in? Paste an internal integration token instead: create an internal integration in Notion's integration settings, copy its token, and paste it into TweakTick.
- In Notion, open the database you want to use, then share it with the TweakTick integration (from the page's connections menu).
- Open a project's settings and pick that database. TweakTick finds its Title, Status and Assignee fields.
- In Settings → Integrations, open People (Notion ↔ your team) next to Notion and match your TweakTick teammates to Notion people, so assignees carry over.
What is sent
- A new comment becomes a database page: title, status and assignee.
- The page body holds the comment, the screenshot, replies and a link back to TweakTick.
- Status changes and new replies update the page.
Notion is one-way: changes made in Notion don't come back to TweakTick.
Internal comments
- Internal (agency-only) comments are sent with an "[Internal]" label.
- If your client can see this database, switch on Exclude internal comments in the project's settings.
Turning it off
Open Settings → Integrations and press Disconnect next to Notion. You can also remove TweakTick from the database's connections in Notion.
