monday.com integration
For agencies. Each new client comment becomes an item on a monday.com board. Replies are added as updates.
Connect monday.com
- Open Settings → Integrations and press Connect next to monday.com.
- monday.com asks you to install and allow TweakTick. Only a monday.com account admin can install apps. If you see an error, ask your admin to connect it.
- Open a project's settings and pick a board (and a group, if you like).
What is sent
- A new comment becomes a board item, with the screenshot.
- Replies are added to that item as updates.
monday.com is one-way: changes made in monday.com don't come back to TweakTick.
Internal comments
- Internal (agency-only) comments are sent with an "[Internal]" label.
- If your client can see this board, switch on Exclude internal comments in the project's settings.
Turning it off
Open Settings → Integrations and press Disconnect next to monday.com.
