Email client previews

For agencies. On an email review, you can see how the email looks in popular email apps before your client approves it.

Run a preview

  1. Open the email project and find Email client previews.
  2. Tick the email apps you want, for example Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or Yahoo Mail, on web, desktop and phone.
  3. Press the button to start.

The results usually arrive in a minute or two. Until then the panel shows rendering….

Credits

  • Each email app costs 1 credit. The panel shows how many you have left.
  • Buy a credit pack in Settings → Billing.
  • If an app's preview fails, or that app isn't available, its credit is given back.

Where your email goes

To make the screenshots, the email's HTML is sent to Mailgun, our preview provider, only when you start a preview. When the screenshots are ready we save them with your project and ask Mailgun to delete the test. Mailgun is listed on our Sub-processors page.
