Several PDFs in one round
For agencies. Send up to 10 PDF files as one round, for example a brochure, a flyer and a price list. Your client reviews and approves them together.
Status: beta, rolling out now.
Upload several PDFs
- Start a new project and pick PDF, or open a PDF project and go to Start round N with a new PDF.
- Press Upload several PDFs (up to 10).
- Press Choose PDFs and pick the files. You can pick more with Add more PDFs. They upload one after the other.
- Remove a file with × if you picked the wrong one.
- When every file says Uploaded, press Create project and start round 1 (or Start round N).
Each file must be under your plan's PDF size limit. Together they count toward your storage, and each file counts as one render.
What happens next
- TweakTick prepares the pages of every file. The round is ready when all of them are done.
- If one file can't be prepared (for example it has a password), the whole round stops and the message names the file. Fix that file and start a new round, or press Try again for a temporary problem: only the files that are not done yet are prepared again.
Reviewing
- Above the page list there is a file menu. Pick a file to see its pages.
- The arrow keys go from the last page of one file to the first page of the next.
- Each comment remembers its file. In the comment list it shows as PDF 2, page 3.
- The CSV export gets a PDF file column, and the print view, API, MCP and webhooks name the file too.
Approving
Your client approves all the files at once. The sign-off record lists every original file and every page, for example PDF 2 (flyer.pdf), page 1, and the certificate shows how many files and pages were approved.
