When a website screenshot fails

For agencies. For a website project, TweakTick takes screenshots of the page at desktop, tablet and phone sizes. If that fails, the project page shows a card that says why and what to do. Every card ends with the same fallback: upload your own screenshot.

Upload your own screenshot

Under the card, use Upload your own screenshot. Take a full-page screenshot in your browser and upload it. Your client reviews it like any other version.

Skip screenshots altogether

If the site is live and you can add code to it, add the TweakTick snippet so clients comment on the real page. See Getting started.
