Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases of TweakTick, run by TERRANOAH ECOM VENTURES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Founding licence

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your payment.
Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, with the subject "Refund request".
After a refund, the lifetime licence is removed from your workspace. Your workspace and its data stay.
If the Founding round has sold out by the time your payment arrives, we refund you in full automatically.

2. AppSumo licences

AppSumo sells and refunds these licences. Ask AppSumo for a refund, under AppSumo's own policy (60 days on most deals).
When AppSumo tells us a licence was refunded, your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days, so you can export what you need. After that the licence is archived. Your data is not deleted, but the workspace stays read-only unless you have another plan.
If AppSumo reactivates the licence, it comes back to the same workspace.

3. Monthly plans

Cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then it isn't renewed.
We don't give partial refunds for unused days, or refunds for renewals you didn't cancel in time.

4. Exceptions

We'll look at any case where:

you were charged twice or the wrong amount;
a payment was made without your permission;
a problem on our side stopped you using the Service.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, through the provider you paid with (Paddle or Razorpay). Your bank may take several working days to show it.
Refunds are made in the currency you paid in. We can't refund currency conversion or bank fees charged by your bank.
If you paid through Paddle: Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record (the seller) for that order and issues the refund. Paddle added VAT or sales tax where it applies, and a refund includes the tax you paid on the refunded amount. If you paid through Paddle, Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
If you paid through Razorpay: we are the seller; Razorpay only processes the payment. GST is charged where it applies and shown on your invoice, and a refund includes the tax you paid on the refunded amount.
