Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Who we are
TweakTick ("the Service") is run by TERRANOAH ECOM VENTURES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), a company registered in India.
Registered address: D/1401 Kanakia Sevens, Andheri Kurla Road, Marol Naka, Mumbai, MH 400059, India
Contact: [email protected]
By creating an account, buying a plan or licence, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What TweakTick does
TweakTick helps freelancers and agencies collect client feedback and approvals:
- Clients pin comments on live websites, screenshots, images, PDFs, videos and other files.
- Work moves through numbered versions ("rounds").
- A client approves a version with a code sent to their email, and TweakTick keeps a tamper-evident sign-off record of that approval.
Some features depend on your plan, and some are switched on only when you choose (for example AI review or email client previews).
3. Who these Terms cover
- Customers: the agency, freelancer or business that holds a TweakTick workspace, and the team members it invites.
- Clients (guests): the people a customer sends a review link to. Clients don't need an account. A customer is responsible for the clients and team members it invites, and for having the right to share the work it uploads with them.
4. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account and in your workspace.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
5. Plans, licences and payment
- Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled.
- Lifetime licences (the Founding round, and AppSumo deals) are a one-time payment for a tier of the Service for as long as the Service runs. The limits of each tier are shown when you buy.
- Payments on our own checkout go through one of two providers. The checkout shows which one you are using. We don't store your full card details.
- Paddle: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders paid through Paddle. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to those orders.
- Razorpay: orders paid through Razorpay are processed by Razorpay; we are the seller.
- AppSumo purchases are processed by AppSumo.
- Prices are shown before you pay, plus tax where applicable. Taxes such as GST are added where they apply and shown on your invoice. Through Paddle, Paddle adds VAT or sales tax where it applies and issues the invoice.
- Price changes: if we change the price of a monthly plan, your price stays the same while you stay subscribed. New prices apply to new subscriptions.
- Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy.
6. Your content
- You own your content: the files, screenshots, comments and other material you or your clients add.
- You give us a limited permission to store, copy, process and show that content only to run the Service for you (for example to take screenshots, convert files and send notification emails).
- Where your content includes personal data, the Data Processing Agreement applies, and you are the controller of that data.
7. Acceptable use
You may only review websites, apps and files you own or have permission to review. You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to upload content you don't have the right to share;
- use the Service to copy, scrape or republish other people's websites or content, or to reach data you aren't allowed to access;
- upload malware, or try to break, probe or overload the Service;
- point the screenshot service at addresses you don't control in order to reach private networks or third-party systems;
- try to get into other workspaces, or get around plan limits or security controls;
- resell the Service without our written permission;
- send spam or harassing messages through review links or invitations.
We may suspend content or accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why where the law allows.
8. Optional features and third parties
- AI review is off by default. If you turn it on, you add your own key for an AI provider you choose, and review images are sent to that provider under its terms. You're responsible for your agreement with that provider.
- Email client previews send the email being reviewed to Mailgun to render, only when you start a preview.
- Integrations you connect (for example Slack, Jira or a webhook) receive the data you choose to send them, under their own terms.
- The list of service providers we use is on the Sub-processors page.
9. The sign-off record
Each approval is written to an append-only, hash-chained record. Because it is a record of what was agreed, it is kept even if the project, workspace or account is later deleted. It holds the approver's name, email, the approved version's file fingerprints, the time, IP address and browser details. The record shows what happened in TweakTick; it is not legal advice, and whether it is enough evidence for a particular purpose depends on your situation and the law that applies.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features. If we remove a major paid feature, we'll tell you in advance.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, business or data.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Ending your use
- You can stop at any time. Cancel a monthly plan in Settings → Billing, and delete your account in Settings → Account.
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, or where the law requires it.
- When a workspace is deleted, its projects and files are deleted. The sign-off record is kept (section 9). See the Privacy Policy for details.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for important changes, tell account owners by email before they take effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue in good faith. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
